Channel Managers, who work in the business on a day to day basis, are also your best port of call for any operational concerns – they are extremely competent and qualified to resolve issues within a short period of time.
Rx Channel Manager
Erika Kleynhaus has 12 years’ experience in independent pharmacy & 6 years in the Clicks channel. She has vast insight in the agency business as well as Multinational experience.
Erika maintains good relationships with buyers at various drug wholesalers at a National level.
She is passionate about growing businesses, assisting to drive growth through additional listings, regular reviews and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Dis-Chem Channel Manager
Colette Lance has 7 years’ experience in the Dis-Chem channel. She strives to grow the business within the channel and to generate more visibility on products meeting customer needs. Collette also assists with new listings for new and existing suppliers.
